Follow these three steps to determine your current insulation R-value levels. You can also reach out to one of our registered contractors to have them come to your home to measure.

Is your insulation project part of an extensive home renovation that will significantly reduce your home’s energy usage? Your project could qualify for our Home Energy Retrofits. 

You can finance qualifying upgrades with Manitoba Hydro’s Home Energy Efficiency Loan. Not only can you choose your loan term, but your monthly payments are conveniently added to your energy bill. 

The Government of Canada offers interest-free loans from $5,000 to $40,000 to help homeowners make eligible home retrofits. Visit the Canada Greener Homes Loan web page to learn more. Be sure to apply for financing before you start any work, including purchasing products. While the Canada Greener Homes Initiative and our programs are both for energy efficiency upgrades, there are some differences and qualifying for one doesn’t automatically qualify you for the other.

DOES YOUR BUSINESS QUALIFY?

It must be under 15,000 square feet.
It’s not part of a national franchise or chain.
It must have ten or fewer locations in Manitoba.
You must pay an energy bill (at a commercial rate).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

YOU GET IN TOUCH

Connect with us to receive your free energy-efficient upgrades as well as your lighting and insulation assessment.
WE PLAN

A CLEAResult® technician will meet with you to install your free Basic Upgrade and provide your lighting and attic insulation assessment. After receiving your free quote, if you decide to proceed with a Premium Upgrade, all of the project planning will be taken care of for you.
YOU SAVE

Once we’ve approved your Premium Upgrade application, CLEAResult® and a local subcontractor will work with you to install your new premium energy efficiency upgrades. We’ll apply your 70% incentive, and you’ll only be responsible for the remaining balance.
