GET FREE ENERGY-SAVING DEVICES & MORE

Our In-Suite Energy Efficiency Program helps property managers and owners of multi-unit residential buildings improve energy efficiency through a variety of in-suite measures. 

With our free Basic Upgrade, you can get A-line LED bulbs, low-flow showerheads,  kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators, air sealing products, and other improvements, all at no cost! Not only are the energy-saving devices free, our program service provider, Ecofitt, will install them free of charge. 

We also offer incentives of up to $250 for smart thermostats and advanced heat recovery ventilator (HRV) controls. Ecofitt coordinates these upgrades, and a certified electrician completes the installations. 

START SAVING WITH ENERGY-EFFICIENT APPLIANCES

If you’re looking to replace old appliances in your multi-unit residential building, or if you’re purchasing appliances for the first time for a new multi-unit residential build, consider our In-Suite Appliance Program.  

We provide rebates on select ENERGY STAR® certified appliances to property managers and owners of multi-unit residential buildings for their suites: 

  • Clothes washers: $100 
  • Clothes washer/dryer pairs: $150 
  • Refrigerators: $50
