Individual Upgrades Path
The Individual Upgrades Path lets you choose the upgrades that suit the design and budget for your new build. Incorporate up to five energy-saving upgrades into the design of your new home* and receive up to $675 in rebates:

| Windows | U-value of 1.22 or better | $150 |
*Only single detached homes qualify for the Individual Upgrades Path. For multi-unit buildings, choose the Prescriptive Path or Performance Path.

Steps To Participate

CHOOSE YOUR UPGRADES
Choose the energy-saving upgrades you want to incorporate into your new home and include those details in your design drawings.

APPLY AND RECEIVE APPROVAL
Send us your application form and design drawings before you start work on your project. We’ll review your application for approval and calculate your estimated rebate. We may request photos of the installed upgrade(s) during construction.
If you’re a homebuilder and would like to submit several projects at once, contact us to learn what other application methods we’ll accept. -
GET A REBATE
When your home is complete, send us your completion declaration and related invoices, and we’ll send you your rebate. It’s that simple!
DOES YOUR PROJECT QUALIFY?
- It’s a residential single-detached home or building.
- It’s a new construction project (not an addition or renovation).
- It will use electricity or natural gas supplied by Manitoba Hydro.
- You contact us or apply before work starts.
