Pour participer \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode prescriptive, vous devez inclure dix am\u00e9liorations \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques obligatoires dans la conception de votre nouvelle maison afin de recevoir une remise de 1\u2009200&nbsp;$ d\u2019Efficacit\u00e9 Manitoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Comment faire une demande?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous facilitons la demande de remise pour la m\u00e9thode prescriptive. Il suffit d\u2019int\u00e9grer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments des <a href=\"\/fr\/ma-maison\/programme-de-maisons-neuves-pour-les-proprietaires\/methode-prescriptive\/\">normes techniques de la m\u00e9thode prescriptive<\/a> dans les dessins de conception de votre nouvelle maison. Avant le d\u00e9but de la construction, pr\u00e9sentez une demande d\u2019approbation en envoyant vos dessins de conception accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/efficiencymb.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/NHP-prescriptive-path-application-and-agreement.pdf\">formulaire de demande<\/a> (<em>en anglais) <\/em>\u00e0 Efficacit\u00e9 Manitoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s important que les dix am\u00e9liorations requises soient clairement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans vos dessins de conception. Vous pouvez en savoir plus sur les am\u00e9liorations sp\u00e9cifiques requises dans la liste ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Les normes techniques de la m\u00e9thode prescriptive : dix am\u00e9liorations \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette section, nous allons passer en revue les dix am\u00e9liorations obligatoires de la m\u00e9thode prescriptive et vous donner des exemples d\u2019assemblages ou d\u2019approches courantes accept\u00e9es par le Programme de maisons neuves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque importante&nbsp;: Conform\u00e9ment au Code du b\u00e2timent, les valeurs R sont des valeurs effectives et non des valeurs nominales. Les valeurs R effectives repr\u00e9sentent la r\u00e9sistance thermique r\u00e9elle d\u2019un assemblage, y compris tous les mat\u00e9riaux, et tiennent compte de tous les ponts thermiques qui influent sur la performance de l\u2019assemblage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Isolation grenier de R-58 effective<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous acceptons toute approche conforme au code du b\u00e2timent pour obtenir une isolation grenier d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance thermique effective R-58.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Isolation des murs ext\u00e9rieurs hors sol de R-17 effective<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous acceptons toute approche conforme au code du b\u00e2timent pour obtenir un assemblage de murs d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance thermique effective R-17, y compris les assemblages de murs 2 x 4 et 2 x 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemples d\u2019assemblages accept\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2\u00d76 @ 24\u201d o\/c avec isolant en natte&nbsp;R-22<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00d76 @ 16\u201d o\/c avec isolant en natte&nbsp;R-24<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00d74 @ 24\u201d o\/c avec isolant en natte R-12 et 1,5\u201d XPS \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u00d74 @ 16\u201d o\/c avec isolant en natte R-12 et un 2\u201d EPS \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Murs de blocs de coffrage \u00e0 b\u00e9ton isolant (CBI); minimum 4\u201d EPS ou XPS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PIS (panneaux isolants structuraux) avec un noyau de 4\u201d EPS de type&nbsp;2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas certain que l\u2019assemblage propos\u00e9 r\u00e9pondra \u00e0 nos exigences, nous vous sugg\u00e9rons d\u2019utiliser un calculateur de r\u00e9sistance thermique effective (R effective).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques ressources utiles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cwc.ca\/fr\/design-tools-2\/effective-r-calculator\/\">Conseil canadien du bois<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/fr-insulation.owenscorning.ca\/builders\/calculators\/thermal-project-calculator\/?LangType=3084\">Owens Corning<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Isolation du sous-sol de R-18 effective<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout comme pour les murs hors sol, nous acceptons toute approche conforme au code du b\u00e2timent pour obtenir un assemblage de murs de sous-sol d\u2019une r\u00e9sistance thermique effective&nbsp;R-18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de dalles sur sol seront examin\u00e9s pour les d\u00e9tails de l\u2019isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Isolation du linteau (solive de rive) de R-18 effective<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On y parvient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en appliquant de la mousse pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e dans les linteaux, mousse et\/ou natte, ou une combinaison d\u2019isolation int\u00e9rieure et ext\u00e9rieure. Si vous utilisez uniquement de la mousse pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e, elle doit \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019au moins 3,5 pouces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Fen\u00eatres \u00e0 triple vitrage, \u00e0 faible \u00e9missivit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019argon, avec cadre \u00e0 faible conductivit\u00e9 et intercalaires thermiques chauds.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les fen\u00eatres ins\u00e9r\u00e9es dans une porte ne sont pas incluses dans les exigences relatives aux fen\u00eatres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les portes-fen\u00eatres sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme de grandes fen\u00eatres et l\u2019exigence de triple vitrage s\u2019applique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fen\u00eatres de sous-sol de moins de 6&nbsp;pi<sup>2<\/sup> sont acceptables en tant que fen\u00eatres \u00e0 double vitrage argon \u00e0 faible \u00e9missivit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Ventilateur r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateur de chaleur (VRC) \u00e0 haut rendement thermique, avec une cote SRE de 65&nbsp;% ou plus \u00e0 -25&nbsp;\u00b0C.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de commander votre \u00e9quipement, n\u2019oubliez pas de v\u00e9rifier que la documentation du fabricant indique une efficacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sensible (SRE) de 65&nbsp;% \u00e0 -25&nbsp;\u00b0 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Dispositifs de commande \u00e9volu\u00e9s de VRC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dispositifs de commande de VRC int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 des thermostats intelligents sont admissibles s\u2019il est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019ils sont en mesure de faire fonctionner le VRC au moment de l\u2019\u00e9valuation finale. Les dispositifs de commande doivent pouvoir faire fonctionner le VRC en mode veille (pas de ventilateur \u00e0 basse vitesse) ou en mode intermittent (20 minutes par heure) et le faire fonctionner si le d\u00e9shumidistat ou les commandes de la salle de bain l\u2019exigent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. \u00c9clairage \u00e0 DEL dans toute la maison<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes les zones d\u2019utilisation commune, y compris la cuisine, le salon, l\u2019entr\u00e9e, le hall principal, les salles de bains et les emplacements ext\u00e9rieurs doivent utiliser un \u00e9clairage \u00e0 DEL. L\u2019\u00e9clairage \u00e0 DEL rempla\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 25 prises non DEL est \u00e9galement acceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Test d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,5 changement d\u2019air par heure (CAH) \u00e0 une pression de 50 Pascal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous fournissons un test d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air effectu\u00e9 par un tiers \u00e0 la fin de votre projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019il s\u2019agit de votre premi\u00e8re demande, nous vous recommandons de faire effectuer un test d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape avant la pose des cloisons s\u00e8ches afin d\u2019identifier tout probl\u00e8me potentiel avant que celles-ci ne soient install\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir des conseils sur la fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9venir les fuites d\u2019air, consultez le site Web de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chba.ca\/\">Association canadienne des constructeurs d\u2019habitations<\/a> ou celui de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrcan.gc.ca\/\">Ressources naturelles Canada<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
