Ces am\u00e9liorations sont \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-body-heading\">Normes techniques de la m\u00e9thode prescriptive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarque : les valeurs R indiqu\u00e9es ci-dessous sont des valeurs effectives (et non nominales) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-small wp-block-list\">\n<li>Isolation grenier de R-58 effective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isolation des murs ext\u00e9rieurs hors sol de R-17 effective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isolation du sous-sol de R-18 effective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isolation du linteau (solive de rive) de R-18 effective<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fen\u00eatres \u00e0 triple vitrage, \u00e0 faible \u00e9missivit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019argon, avec cadre \u00e0 faible conductivit\u00e9 et intercalaires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ventilateur r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateur de chaleur (VRC) \u00e0 haut rendement thermique, avec une cote SRE de 65&nbsp;% ou plus \u00e0 25&nbsp;\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispositifs de commande \u00e9volu\u00e9s de VRC<sup>[1]<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9clairage \u00e0 DEL dans toute la maison<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,5 changement d\u2019air par heure (CAH)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au moins deux (2) am\u00e9liorations parmi la liste suivante&nbsp;:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Joints et ancrages de trappes de grenier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Isolation ext\u00e9rieure au niveau des solives de rive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seuils de porte \u00e0 rupture de pont thermique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rev\u00eatements de fen\u00eatres \u00e0 faible \u00e9missivit\u00e9 optimis\u00e9s en fonction de l\u2019orientation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupure de pont thermique en bordure de dalle&nbsp;: minimum 1 pouce d\u2019isolation rigide entre la semelle et la dalle ou \u00ab\u2009jupe\u2009\u00bb de 2 pieds de large au-dessus de la semelle, d\u00e9taill\u00e9e dans les dessins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fermes de toit et chemin de c\u00e2blage pr\u00eats pour le solaire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<a name=\"hrv\"><\/a>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:1em\"><sup><sup>[1]<\/sup> Les dispositifs de commande doivent pouvoir faire fonctionner le VRC en mode veille (pas de ventilateur \u00e0 basse vitesse) ou en mode intermittent (20 minutes par heure) et le faire fonctionner si le d\u00e9shumidistat ou les commandes de la salle de bain l\u2019exigent.
