To start your application, please complete the following requirements. Once complete, please email all forms and attachments to us.

We Pre-Approve

We’ll issue you a written pre-approval. Once pre-approved, you have one year to purchase and install your new lighting. Do not purchase any materials or start your project until you have received pre-approval.

YOU COMPLETE YOUR PROJECT

Please complete the following after you have installed your lighting. Once complete, please email all forms and attachments to us.

  1. COMPLETE DECLARATION

    Download and complete the Completion Declaration (PDF)

  2. ITEMIZED INVOICING

    Itemized invoicing detailing:

    • Date of purchase
    • Vendor’s name, customer’s name, and install address
    • Manufacturer name and model of each product
    • Product quantities
    • Per unit product costs and total, separate from design, labour, and taxesThe products must meet the Program requirements
  3. CERTIFICATE OF ELECTRICAL INSPECTION/APPROVAL

    Certificate of Inspection (COI) email for projects in Winnipeg
    OR
    Certificate of Approval (COA) for projects outside Winnipeg
